Community Older Peoples Team (West Dunbartonshire)
The Community Older Peoples Team (COPT) is made up of Health and Social Care staff including social workers, nursing, physiotherapy and occupational therapy. The team provide assessments and interventions to enable people to remain in the community and to support carers. The service is for individuals aged 65 years and over who live in West Dunbartonshire and require input from Health and Social Care staff to remain at home, where possible.
